Welcome to my world, babe. I’m Lauren Eliana or you can call me L for short.
I go by my first and middle name because “Eliana” is the name I was born with. It holds deep meaning and a powerful story behind it. You’re also more than welcome to call me Laur or just “L.”


My energy? Think personal hype coach meets grounded guide. I’m here to cheer you on, help you feel empowered, and co-create your hair transformation in a way that feels true to you. I’m also known for making people laugh and creating an experience that’s grounded and exciting.


I care deeply about community, connection, and supporting you both in and out of the chair. Whether you're here for grounding, play, or something in between — I’ll tune in. I’m a queer, neurodivergent (ADHD) free spirit who believes hair care is a sacred ritual, not just a service.


I was born in Bogotá, Colombia and adopted into a small Massachusetts town where I spent most of my life. Hair became my creative outlet when I was young. I was always cutting and styling my American Girl Dolls when no one was looking. As I navigated chronic depression, anxiety, and identity struggles, hair became the one way I could express myself boldly. Once I entered cosmetology school, I was finally immersed in unapologetic creativity, queerness, and self-expression and I never looked back.


Now, I get to create affirming, sensory-rich spaces for others to feel safe, seen, and celebrated. When I watch a client light up at the end of a session, I’m reminded why I do this work.


When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually out in nature with my partner, Luke, and our dog, Koda — or dancing under the moon. I’m a huge music lover, acoustic guitar dabbler, and RPG gamer. I also geek out over mindset work, Human Design (1/3 Mani Gen ✨), and all things tarot and energy.
